Hey! I'm Monisa, a Computer Software Engineering student at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson). I love working at the intersection of quality and engineering: making sure software not only ships, but ships right.
I've spent time as a QA Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Health and currently work as a QA Specialist at EmergConnect, where I run functional, regression, and production testing across web and mobile platforms. I care a lot about making the testing process smarter, not just catching bugs, but helping teams understand why they happen.
Outside of work I enjoy building things from scratch, from AI-powered game agents to full-stack telecom apps. I'm always looking for ways to grow as an engineer.
Final-year capstone, a Unity-based 3D game environment where NPCs are trained with reinforcement learning instead of traditional scripted logic. Agents navigate, engage in combat, and react to the player through learned behavior rather than hardcoded rules.
Co-owner of a tutoring platform built from 8 years of personal experience. Running a team of 10 tutors, connecting students to the right support.
Unity 3D capstone uses adaptive NPCs trained using reinforcement learning with custom reward functions for navigation, combat, and player interaction.
A campus social platform events, announcements, and collaboration tools to streamline campus interactions.
Led a team of 4 to design and ship a telecom application with real-time SQL data handling and a scalable 100+ component API.
I'm always happy to connect about opportunities, projects, or anything else. My inbox is open.
